We are aware that things come up unexpectedly and plans can change, and it can be difficult to plan ahead for the term, but we also feel that it's important to have a fair cancellation policy in place.

• Cancellation up to 48 hours/two days before your appointment: No charge.

• Cancellation 24 hours before your appointment: 50% of fee charged.

• Cancellation on/or failure to attend on the day of appointment: Full fee charged.
